This is what should have appeared in The New York Times on Sunday (and you can click on it to make it bigger):
Feel free to email the Times to complain about its decision not to include us in their "Weddings and Celebrations" section. The section was four pages long on July 31, 2005, and the paper did not include any gay or lesbian couples. We sent our announcment six weeks in advance, and sent our photograph 12 days in advance--well within their published guidelines. The Society desk is society@nytimes.com. The Times Public Editor (their ombudsman) is public@nytimes.com. Letters to the Editor should be sent to letters@nytimes.com. Or all three!

Bobby and Ted, I heard all about the wedding and the weekend from wendy! Sounds as everyone had a blast. I am so happy for you! Have a safe trip out here to San Diego and I look forward to seeing you when you get here. BTW Bobby there a Santana get together for years 86-91 in September. I will get the details and let you know more about it........Heather

fyi- your complaints might have made an impact-- 2 guys I know from Boston with ZERO NYC connection, and who are much less interesting sounding that you 2, were in the wedding section on Sunday 8/16.
